Daytime rest… reduces fatigue and helps you reset your attention.
·     Give yourself 5 minutes during the day away from your workspace.
·     Perhaps a walk outside, or a hot drink. Anything that makes you happy.
·     Breathe in through nose and out through mouth 4/5 times.
·     Having autonomy over these 5 minutes is important.
