What is Aqua Yoga? It's as simple as it sounds! It’s practicing yoga poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation in the water. Aqua Yoga provides all the same benefits to your strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance, but practicing in the water is easier on your joints.
Aqua Yoga - Personal Training
Let's work together to achieve your health and fitness goals through a low-impact, water-based yoga program that is custom-designed for your interests, preferences and abilities. Through personal training with Rikki, you will gain the confidence you need to get started on the path to a healthier lifestyle.

(Sessions can be provided at your home or a public pool, if necessary and where possible.)

Aqua Yoga - Small Group (2+ Participants)
Get a group of friends or family together for an Aqua Yoga class that works with your schedules, skills and abilities. Not only will Aqua Yoga with Rikki improve your strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance, but it leave you smiling and feeling good!

(Sessions can be provided at your home or a public pool, if necessary and where possible.)
