Hi, I'm Rikki!
Exercise has always been an important part of my life.
Growing up I played tennis 5 days a week year I participated in seasonal team sports.
In my final year of university I discovered water exercise!
I decided to become an Aqua fitness instructor.
At 24 years old, a martial arts accident left me with a knee injury.
In the 30 years that followed, I worked as a fitness professional, immigrated from South Africa to Canada, married, raised a family, and continued to exercise regularly.
