Calendar to Track Exercise Habits!

Puzzle Tracking Calendar to track Exercise Habits December to January

Does this scenario resonate with you?

I am 54 years old. Mom of 2 who are now 23 and 25 years old. I have been active all my life, but now I seem to struggle to workout especially on my own. How can I keep myself on track?

Does this sound familiar to you? Do you have all the exercise tools, you the space in your schedule for exercise. But YOU JUST DON'T!

Be Positive!

You need to start somewhere.

To make progress you need to have something to measure against, or perhaps compare this month to last month.

You need to create a type of accountability to yourself.

A printed calendar tracking exercise habits might just be a great option!

Do this:

1. Print calendar of December 2023 and January 2024.

2. Mark each days with an exercise.

3. A missed day is marked with a BIG X on the calendar.

4. Use color : “Cardio” is Yellow, “Strength” is Blue,

"Fun Activity" is Green. A walk with friends.

Your goal: You are NOT allowed to have 2 X’s next to each other.

Visual Tracker

At the end of each week, you can see what you did manage.

You can reflect on what worked and how you can improve for the following week.

You have visual tracking sheet.

Use it to remind you how great you are.

Remind yourself that you are working towards a goal, and this is proof of doing so.
