At our first meeting, I get your health history, exercise experiences, available equipment and exercises likes and dislikes. This information helps me create a unique workout program for you.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is necessary for Cancellation. Exception with Medical Emergencies. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full Re-scheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full “Failing to Show” constitutes a “missed session” will be billed in full.
