Exercise in a group setting. I lead a 45 minutes of exercise class.
The are focus is on Health, Strength and Mobility for Daily Life
This is suited to a variety of fitness levels and abilities. Love your belly, while getting healthier!
What you need:

Access to Zoom on your phone, tablet, or laptop

1 sturdy chair, no wheels please

Clear space to move around

45 minutes of dedicated time to commit to exercise
