Nervous System Stimulation, Mobility, Cardio, Strength, Power, Regenerate.

What you need:
  • Access to Zoom on your phone, tablet, laptop, or PC/Mac

  • 30, 45, or 60 minutes 

  • A clear space to exercise

  • Private pool, or swim spa

What’s included:
  • 30, 45, or 60 minutes with Trainer – Virtual or face to face

  • 7-Day training program for you to view, in addition to our sessions

  • Recording of virtual session

If you live in the Toronto, Hamilton, St. Catharines area, I am available by appointment to provide you with a complete fitness plan.
